Slideout issues Rack & Pinion

I have a 2021 Reflection 150 series 295RL and i am noticing a Thumping noise coming from the Rack & Pinion system on the Dining Room slide out. The Thumping noise seems to be consistent in one spot of the gear. It sounds like the rack is riding up on one tooth of the gear and popping into place, Ive looked externally but didn't see anything obvious. Next move would be to drop the under belly and look there. Any suggestions or experiences with this issue?

Have you watched the gears and racks while someone operates the slide?
When using ours I hear the wiper seals flop.

The Popping sound happens several times while the slide is running out, It doesn't sound like the seals rolling out its more of a hard pop like the gears are misaligned but looking at the gears and Rack there isnt anything abnormal that i can see

Does it make similar sounds when retracting the slide? I wonder if the clutch is at fault in only one direction.
