    I vaguely remember on mine there is room, but it might be below the top seal. Ill haft to look when I get a chance.

      I just took a second look at you photo. On my trailer the top of the seal in the photo that is attached to the channel on the side of the trailer is calked. I do not see any calking in your photo along the top seal seam.

        Yoda - thanks Keith. Interesting that on yours the caulking goes down to the rubber bulb seal, whereas mine only has caulking down the to track that attaches to the bulb seal. I guess in theory that could give water a path to follow when the slide is closed that leads inside. I'll have to keep digging!
