I have a Grand Design 2020 2930RL with 30,000 miles on it. It features the Morryde CRE3000 heavy duty suspension. For the first 20,000 miles I was not aware of the wet bolts that required grease. When I was made aware of the wet bolts, I attempted to put grease in them but only half of the 14 wet bolts would take grease. When I was getting ready to order new wet bolts, I observed that one of the equalizers had a large crack in it (see picture). Upon contacting Morryride (they were very knowledgeable and helpful) I ordered all new wet bolts and equalizers. Upon installation of the kit, every brass bushing we replaced had almost disintegrated. (See picture). When we finished the job, all fittings took grease.

One of the reasons I'm not a fan of Mor-ryde equalizers. Seen numerous pics of CRE3000 equalizers breaking the welds.
I plan on replacing my factory installed CRE3000 units in the spring with a non-welded design. Seen too many pics of broken CRE3000 units for me to have confidence in it. That, and the rubber is squashed pretty flat already.
Glad you found the break before it became a road incident.2018 Dodge 3500 6.7 Cummins w Aisin and 9 cup holders
