I have a solar panel on my roof. I found the controller on the ceiling, driver side of the storage compartment.

My 25G was a 1000w inverter (CSW1012), I looked up the parts list for your trailer and sure enough I found 4/0 cable, so if you have that your in good shape cable wise for a 2000w inverter.

However the rest did not add up:

      125Amp ANL Fuse
      300Amp Class T Fuse
      1000W inverter
      2000W inverter

GD has a habit of mixing up their parts lists so it looks like they have covered all options available. If it’s a 2000W inverter, hopefully it has the at least 2/0 cable (better if 4/0)and a 300Amp fuse for the inverter. Then you need at least a pair of batteries (recommend 2x100Ah or better/equivalent LifePO4) but to get max performance (peak) you would need 3x100Ah or equivalent (ability to draw 250-300Amps). Of course if you never plan to draw that much from the inverter you can get away with less batteries but I would not plug in anything over 1000w on a single battery.

The WFCO 2000w inverter manual shows a max of 250A DC current (likely for the peak value of 4000W). It shows a pretty heavy DC ground wire requirement as well, 8 Awg. minimum.

Nice to see the stepped them up, I toss my 1000W inverter almost from day one, useless. Moved to a Victron Multiplus II 2000W and upgraded most of the electrical system in the trailer.

      Cheers
      Tim
