The 2020 fifth wheel Reflection 260RD I picked out had stickers inside the trailer saying "Solar Ready." Well of course that trailer was sold so they got me one from another one of their dealerships. This one does not say solar ready.and this one includes the "Reflection 150-series Power Package" ........What is the difference between "Solar Ready" and "Roof Mounted Solar Prep"

The earlier solar prep, located to the side of the front storage compartment is for trickle charging the battery, and not designed for more extensive roof mounted solar panels. The roof module can be used for trickle charging though. Grand Design has a list of 12 items for the Reflection Solar Kit (it's on my desk now). Now, the Reflections will come equipped with the module mounted on the roof and ready to use for roof top solar panels.
