The green light goes on and off continuously but never stays on ...
Did you see the manual I uploaded yesterday? Look in the Solar channel's Reference Material for it.
FYI, I haven't read it...

The green light goes on and off continuously but never stays on ...
This is what the manual says about the 4th indicator light from the left...
"Charge and fault indicator, this is a bicolor LED, the LED will be red if there is a fault or if no battery is connected; the LED will be flashing green when the MPPT solar charge controller is charging the battery, the LED will be solid green when the battery is full or in float charge stage."
it appears the controller is charging your batteries (green flashing light) but your batteries are not yet fully charged.
