Congrats on the new rig. And welcome to the forum. When installing the ball that Paul describes above, Make sure that you attain 425-450 foot pounds of torque.

Just adding to what TucsonJim said above, make sure you properly torque the ball to the hitch head, and torque the hitch bolts to what is specified in the manual. After that, put some grease marks on the nuts and bolts allowing you to do a quick sanity check on them before towing. You should also check those bolts regularly though too.2019 Imagine 2400BH
