Our current tow vehicle has the LoadLifter 5000 airbags. Recently we visited Big Bend National Park.
While going down Ol Ore Road I noticed a new clanking sound. Well, the clamp bar on the drivers side airbags was gone. The 2 long bolts were hanging from the bottom airbag support clanking against the trucks axle.
I called Airlift Customer Service and asked them to send me a new clamp bar. After a 3 minute wait I was talking to a live person. Expecting to pay about $30 for the part, I was very happy they will be sending me a new bar (with washers and nuts) at no cost.
I can highly recommend Airlift products based on the quality and customer service.
Also, remember to check that all nuts are tight
