We were supposed to take delivery of our trailer today. Unfortunately, after we did the PDI, there were to many issues that need to be addressed. The biggest in my mind is with the roof. Perfectly smooth everywhere except the entire width of the front edge for about 4 inches back on the plywood starting at the edge of the goop. The entire edge is not adhered to the plywood. I brought that up to the service rep and he said some bubbles are normal. I said possibly so however, the entire width of the roof for 4 inches is pour craftsmanship. He wrote it up as bubbles on roof. I instructed him to write it up as I said, which he did. Some other items are ground faults, screws that missed framing members, a drain hose next to a transformer, wires run through the frame without loom or a grommet on the steel, trim that is loose in the underbed storage. Needless to say service is going to look at it Tuesday and let us know. Takeaway... Everyone needs to hold manufacturers and dealers accountable for the products.
