What do you mean by "just want to top off"? Please don't use the zerk fittings to "top off" the bearings. The primary purpose of those fittings is for axles that are submerged in water. If you use them on your travel trailer, you can cause quite a few problems such as grease forcing its way past the grease seals and into the brakes. Since you have a 2021, you are likely at or past the one year maintenance requirement of removing, cleaning, inspecting, and repacking the bearings. And since you'll be cleaning the bearings, you'll be putting in new grease, so it should be fine to use a brand that you prefer. It's also time to visually inspect the brakes.
