Battey -- that combination looks like it was made for each other. Should be much easier to lift the generator and place it on the ground when it's needed (and then return to the pass-thru when the run is complete) with that new slide setup.Forum moderators are not GD employees--we are volunteers and owners presumably just like yourself. I am new to this forum and to 5th wheels. We recently purchased a 2022 Grand Design 337 RLS. I use a CPAP to sleep at night and am wondering if it would cause any problems if I plugged a 2500 watt generator in and let it run all night so I can use my CPAP and not upset the reset of the camp ground with my big 4800 watt generator. Just want to make sure that using a small generator with the trailer plugged into a 15 amp 120 volt plug will not damage anything.

CAMPINGFOOL Welcome to the forum! That should not be a problem, providing you do not draw more than the 2500 watts (water heater on gas, etc). An easier option might be to look at a 12v power supply for your CPAP. Most do not actually run on 120V, the step down with a power brick. You just need a 12v brick for the unit.Forum moderators are not GD employees--we are volunteers and owners presumably just like yourself. Another option would be a small 12v to 120v inverter. If going this route I have heard you need to not run the heater (humidifier?) so it uses less power.Forum moderators are not GD employees--we are volunteers and owners presumably just like yourself.
