We have a 2021 GD Reflection 337RLS. The bed mattress was upgraded to king by previous owner. They built extended supports for mattress. They don’t appear to be the problem. The slide comes in and out unevenly. Facing the bed the right side drags a a little. Takes several attempts to get it out. Now also hanging when we try to go in. It just stops. And we have to work it back and forth. Any suggestions.

Jpigg -- do you understand what Jerry is stating when he wrote "resynchronize"? (You're new so forgive the simple question--not sure how much you know about your slide.)
BTW--welcome to the forum. There's a Welcome Letter to New Members that if you'll take a moment to read should help you navigate around this forum. https://gdrvowners.com/forum/main-fo...to-new-membersForum moderators are not GD employees--we are volunteers and owners presumably just like yourself. Unless specifically mentioned otherwise, we have nothing to gain should you choose to purchase a product or engage a service we discuss on this forum.

It doesn't take much interference to bind the system and result in a shut down. Look at the controller and let us know if there is a flashing red light and count the flashes for us. The diagnostics are primitive but will help a little to look in the right direction. For instance, a code for short circuit can be caused by the mattress binding up in the slide opening where an actual short could also result in the same code as well as other issues.

Thanks for all the info. I checked the controller flashing lights. It showed a fault with a motor. Disassembled the bed framing and found a wire nut off. That was the problem. Also had 2 out of 3 caster wheels off the front of bed. That did not help any. Repaired both. Works like a new one!

Nice!
I've said it before..wire nuts have no place on an RV. They are not suitable for a vibrating environment.

If you still have access to those wires...you might want to consider replacing the wire nuts with more reliable connectors. If it were me it would be a compression butt splice.2018 Dodge 3500 6.7 Cummins w Aisin and 9 cup holders
