I'd like to thank the moderators, Grand Design customer service reps and Grand Design management for their participation in and support of this forum. You are ALL doing a fantastic job supporting the Grand Design community! Over and over again I see customers ask questions here followed soon afterwards by either an answer from one of the very helpful and knowledgable moderators or a quick referral to a Grand Design representative who then follows up with a response.
I think it's pretty cool that we can ask very specific questions about Grand Design products or processes and get answers directly from Grand Design employees. The other thing that impresses me is how quickly all this happens. It's this type of customer support that lead my wife and I to order our third Grand Design 5th wheel recently.
