May I suggest a good place to start here is by reading the Welcome Letter to New Members? The thread ("letter") will provide the tips and norms that will help you get the most out of this forum (and help forum members help you!).

I'm thinking more information may help with responses. Does your panel have power to it? Do the icons come up? What do you mean by 'touch at top of screen' are you trying to access a pull down menu? Are any of the icons responsive and if so which ones?
On the phone app, big question is did you get registered with LCI? It took me a phone call to get an actual email response confirming that I was registered.John

Simple test for to determine if it is the screen that is not responding or the interface that is not responding is to simply remove the pad from the wall by lifting it up, then rotate it and try the screen. I have seen report of the touch pads going bad.2017 Momentum 376, 2019 Ford F450
