Power Converter location

I have a 2019 Reflection 337. Can someone tell me where the power converter is? I need to check it because my batteries don't seem to be charging.

The converter on your 337 will be located behind the back panel in the basement. Just remove the screws and you'll get access. It should be on the passenger side and pretty easy to reach. I'd recommend you take a bunch of photos of the area behind the panel for future reference if needed.

You may also check the position of the battery disconnect. If in the off position it may not allow the battery to be charged. Some are wired different than others , our disconnect had to be on to charge the battery.
Disconnect positions are , ON battery power to the RV , OFF only partial battery power to the RV.
