Service department made measurements that GD requested. Waiting on GD response

Really frustrated with Grand Design over this issue. General RV download a document from GD with instructions for measurements and set it back to GD. Stopped at General Rv 1.5 weeks later and was told claim was denied because General didn’t state what the fix was. I called GD on Thursday and they changed claim to pending and sent it back to General RV. Stopped at General on Friday and was told claim denied again. The service manager said GD needs to submit claim to Lippert and Lippert needs to make the decision on the corrective action. I’m going to call GD on Monday and discuss it.

Took 337 back to dealer today for the to
remeasure. Lippert came back and said measurements were so far off they couldn’t make determination whats wrong
