That weight is the "dry" weight when the unit left the factory, it will also show side weights. The hitch weight does not include the battery installed by the dealer or full propane tanks supplied by the dealer. After you load your RV it would be best to get to a Cat scale or similar to get your true hitch weight. For rough calculations purposes most use the GVWR, which for your unit is 11,995 #, and take 20% of that which would be 2399#, and that would be your max hitch weight that you could be at. It is also important to not overload the front or rear of the RV. Keeping your axle weights close to the same is important for smooth riding and not overloading one axle. Also worth noting to not overload an axle or a single tire.

Seriously though. Its amazing how fast weight adds up in a trailer. We regularly look through our trailer and remove items we arent using. Although weight wasnt the only reason I removed them, we took the glass shower doors off of our shower and replaced them with a curtain. A strictly personal choice but one that netted us at least a 60# weight drop on our 337RLS, which BTW is an already pin heavy trailer when new.

Ya..our 2021 has a dry pin weight of 1852 lbs
