I have a GD Reflection 150 278 BH (2021). I tow it with a F350 Long bed DRW. My driveway has a dip in it. I tried to back the trailer down my driveway and the hitch on the back dragged on the driveway. My friend saw the problem, so no damage. I previously had a problem with a hump in the beginning of the driveway and the fifth wheel trailer almost hit the back of the truck . I removed the hump from the driveway and raised the hitch to its highest setting and that problem is solved. The front of the truck will go up a bit if I back down a few more feet, which will help. My question is can I install drag rollers or wheels on the back hitch or frame to raise the back of the trailer up enough to not drag on the driveway? I found rollers and wheels for this purpose at etrailer. I know I can find a way to install rollers or wheels, but could I overstress the back of the trailer or damage it? Thanks.

I'd think there's a good chance you could cause frame damage, especially if it's frequently used (which at your home I'd think it would be) howson recently battled this at a family members. As I recall her built done ramps to bridge over the dips. I'll see if I can find it.

These trailers are designed to be supported by their suspension . . . not by the end of the frame as would happen (briefly) by transferring the weight to rollers at the back end. See this somewhat related discussion https://gdrvowners.com/forum/mainten...ks-stabilizers. I would think that modifying the slope of the ground or using ramps as previously mentioned, would be a better idea.
