Two VE.Can terminators were included in my Cerbo GX box and after reading things I have no clue where they go or if even needed . They are the little blue things in the second photo beside the power cable (closed off RJ connectors). https://www.victronenergy.com/panel-...av-secondimage
The manual and instruction are vague. Right now I have the power cable plugged in. 3 - VE Direct cables from the two MPPT units and the BMV 712 and the Multiplus plugged into the VE Buss port. Also the Touch 50 plunged into the HDMI port and the USB beside it for power per the Touch 50 instructions.
I have nothing in the BMS-Can or the VE.Can ports on the Cerbo GX. From searching the Victron Blog it appear I don't need the VE.Can terminators plugged in anywhere .- is this correct?
BTW - I am having to remount the Cerbo GX in a different orientation from where I had it ( now vertically) to get all the cables to fit. Once the cables are plugged in I was thinking of using a dab or silicone to hold the plugs in place (against plug and Cerbo GX case). Don't want them wiggling out under travel - Thoughts?
Thanks for any help on this
BTW I have not power up yet so dont know if everything works or not - getting close.
