    Thanksgiving Thanks

    This is the time of year and especially today to look back and think of what we are thankful for. For me is it SWMBO and the family. The safe trips and wonderful;l folks I meat at the Rally and elsewhere. Especially my friends here. May god bless you all.

    Now loosen the belt, put on the sweat pants, grab the apron and get cooking as I have been doing since 6.am (22 lb Brined and butter injected turkey with wild rice and scallop stuffing - just for the two of us)

    Happy Thanksgiving everyone - now get stuffed

      Take care Yoda, hope the bird comes out great! We just got the rig down to our Florida site and I am smoking a breast for us and a few friends tomorrow. Was great to meet you at the rally as well!

        Being north of the 49th we gorged on turkey 6 weeks ago, but all the best to you 'muricans that about to stuff yourselves! Hope your sofa is up to the challenge of holding you off the floor!..lol
        It's been a good year of RV'ing, met just a few of you this year, TucsonJim, Rudy, Andi, but covered lots of kilometres.

          I'm so thankful for meeting so many new and old friends on the road this year. We're looking forward to hitting the highway again in '24 with our new Solitude.
