    2022 Ford diesel recall 22E04

    I am bummed . Today's mail brought me a recall notice on my 2022 F350. Something about the OBD system and a cascade failure of sensor's. I guess it needs to be reprogrammed. Question is can it be done before yo trip to the rally. I will call tomorrow for an ASAP appointment, even if I need to get stubborn. Not my best side.

    Got the same one for my 2020. Something about the NOx sensor preheat and possibly not meeting tailpipe emissions.

      I got am appointment for Tuesday morning next week. Ill report back. Truck needs a full service anyway - oil life at 12% BTW that surprises me as I have not put too many miles on since the last change - maybe 3K..

        I took mine in last week for this recall - plus oil change and tire rotation. Dealer forgot to do the recall and I had to move on. Let me know how it affects you.

        I have 2 other 'open" recalls on mine. I also have a TSB on the tranny slipping that I want them to explore. Kinda frustrating.

        I will tell you after driving through a canyon in northern Utah yesterday I will be getting the Bank Pedal Monster. Throttle response was terrible when I needed it to respond quickly.

          We're camped at Strawberry Reservoir in Utah if you happen to head that way.
