Who sources the wet bolts? All four fail (two snap, two getting ready to)?

I just posted two more pictures - might be clearer. I could see no angle iron near either of the hangers when underneath. Two more pictures below of the off door side and door side suspensions

In your picture, I can see the ends of the V braces (V clips) welded to the frame rail forward and aft of each hanger. This would make it even more unlikely that a hanger would break its welds with the frame. See picture of a better angle on the internal V brace which is like a piece of angle iron with the corner pointed downward.

If you look at your first picture, it clearly shows the V-clip. It also shows that the weld between the clip and the hanger is fractured. Note: The Vclips are only welded on one side. Are any other clip welds fractured like this?

As pointed out the angle V clips are inside the U shaped mounts.

Looking at the pictures, hopefully the pad you are setup on is extremely out of level based on the angle on the equalizer between the axles.

It's slightly out of level side to side, enough that auto level left the right rear wheel spinning. I lowered it manually so that it is level on both sides with weight on wheels and bubble centered but I suspect the wheels are lower on door side than off-door. Site is a little low in the front despite the length of the jacks in back vice front.

Ok. I assumed the V-clip was the frame itself - everything above is behind the coroplast or foam. Looks like just the two rear hangers and v clip welds are a problem - other welds seem to be intact.

V Clips are only welded to one side. Opposite sides fore and aft. This is to allow the necessary flex in the hanger such that the nut torques against the shoulder on the bolt. This picture shows the unwelded side. There is no evidence of a fractured weld in this picture.

Well, sincere kudos to Grand Design who diverted two of their mobile techs from the west coast to arrive here late afternoon with bobcat, mobile welding and some parts. Some parts in their stock, other parts on the way, and more if needed. It's comforting to know that they are customer committed beyond the warranty period and a Grand Design tech will make the qualified repairs.

What a great sight. Back tomorrow to drop the coroplast and replace the two rear hangers (he has them in his trailer). First set of parts arriving tomorrow. If he needs to replace the springs (might have to because the hole may not securely hold the new bushing - tried one yesterday) then they will be shipped. Don't know what time he was able to leave. Last I saw, everyone with a GD (and there are lots) were talking to him - two came up behind are trailer to ask him for help.

I imagine a factory repair rep in a campground would be like the ice cream man giving out free samples at an over eaters meeting.

If you can, try to get a dozen or so of the various size fasteners (you know the colored square drive ones) in the various tips. These are most handy. Pick up something like https://www.walmart.com/ip/Flambeau-...0&from=/search and keep them handy.
